A clinic has patient-facing and staff areas with different access rules. Reception, waiting rooms, washrooms, general office spaces and floors may be included in a cleaning request, subject to the facility’s written protocols. Name each room or zone and specify which surfaces, products and cleaning windows are approved by the facility.

This protects staff and patients from an unclear scope.
